About MoveAgain.Today

Welcome to MoveAgain.Today, a supportive space for reconnecting with your body after illness, trauma, or life-changing diagnoses. This community was born from my own journey with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, which paralyzed me overnight in 2017. Rebuilding trust with my body inspired me to create a place where others can find healing through understanding and connection.

Our Mission

Recovery is more than physical healing—it's about rebuilding trust in an unfamiliar body and discovering personal wisdom through challenges. We believe every recovery journey is unique and deserves Compassion, Patience and Celebration of small steps.

Our Philosophy

True recovery arises from mindful body awareness, recognizing tension patterns, and honoring your body's natural timeline. The mind-body connection is foundational, enabling lasting healing and empowerment.

We guide you through sustainable practices that respect your pace—helping you rebuild communication with your body and create a recovery rhythm that works for you.

  • Recovery happens on your timeline
