By purchasing a subscription or becoming a member of MoveAgain.Today, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Types and Benefits

1.1 Basic Membership (Free)

Basic Membership provides access to select articles, updates, and complimentary assessment tools as specified on our membership page.

1.2 Premium Membership

Premium Membership provides access to all content and benefits as outlined on our membership page, including but not limited to in-depth articles, group sharing circles, and exclusive guides.

1.3 Founding Member Status

Members who join Premium Membership between May 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025, will be designated as "Founding Members" and receive the following special benefits:

• Guaranteed rate of $19/month for the duration of their continuous membership, regardless of future price increases
• Special recognition in our Founding Circle acknowledgments (with permission)
• Early access to new resources and materials
• All other Premium Membership benefits

1.4 Monthly ONWARD! Publication

The Monthly ONWARD! Publication, included with Premium Membership, will commence in June 2025 and be delivered monthly thereafter.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on MoveAgain.Today, including articles, digital downloads, courses, and membership materials, is the property of MoveAgain.Today and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

3. Membership Access and Usage

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscription Billing and Terms

4.1 Billing Cycle

Premium Memberships are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4.2 Free Trial

Premium Membership begins with a 5-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

4.3 Founding Member Rate Guarantee

Founding Members who maintain continuous active subscriptions will retain their special rate of $19/month indefinitely, provided their membership remains in good standing without interruption.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all membership and subscription purchases are non-refundable after the free trial period ends. Please review the offerings carefully before purchasing.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees for new members. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any applicable changes. Founding Members will maintain their original rate as specified in Section 4.3.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to content misuse, harassment, or fraudulent behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
